Computer Rooms – Sydney
The physical area in which training occurs; the training venues and the computer training rooms, have a critical role to play to ensure successful training. At Saxons, we employ sophisticated technology to enable us to offer more efficient computer training:
- Our internet runs on fibre optic, not copper or cable
- We have the same uploading capability and speed as our downloading capability and speed (20:20 megabytes)
- We have 2 Hard drives for each high spec computer room with either 8GB or 16GB RAM depending on your IT requirement
- Our service level agreement with our Internet Providers guarantee 99.995% uptime
So what does this mean for you?
The internet in Saxons’ computer training rooms is fast and reliable (with no drop outs or downtime) so the Trainer can run a smooth training session and meet the training demands of the course. The hardware and software in Saxons’ computer training rooms allows us to store large volumes of data with faster through put (or memory recall) enabling the Trainer to present in real time, preventing their product from looking slow and sluggish.
But it does not end there. Successful training requires more than good technology. We understand that delivering a quality service and constant support is important too.
To ensure we satisfy your computer training needs and provide you with an exceptional experience, you will be given one dedicated Account Manager. Just one point of contact (from the time of enquiry through to invoicing) who does all the back-end processing and administration for you saving you precious time.
In addition, you will also have a dedicated IT technician who will ensure your training set up is completed correctly (which can be performed remotely at your convenience) as well as on the day IT support.

Access to our computer training rooms is available from 8.00am to 5.30pm during the working week as well as after hours and on weekends to accommodate individual needs.
